- Account Information: Email address and password when you create a staff portal account.

- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and push notification tokens when you enable notifications.
- Location Data: General geographic location inferred from your IP address for service area relevance; we do not collect precise GPS location.

- Provide and improve our paintless dent repair services
- Send push notifications about job updates, appointments, and service alerts (with your consent)

- Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist with app infrastructure (Supabase for database/auth, Vercel/hosting providers).

5. Push Notifications
If you opt in to push notifications, we collect a push subscription token to send you relevant updates. You can revoke notification permissions at any time through your device or browser settings, or within the App's Settings page.

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/WSS), row-level security policies, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
The App stores some data locally on your device using IndexedDB for offline functionality. This local data can be cleared at any time from the App's Settings page.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations. Staff account data is retained for the duration of employment. Customer and lead data is retained per our business records policy. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Opt out of marketing communications
- Withdraw consent for data processing where consent was given
