These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Zero Dent’s website, services, and communications. By booking our services, visiting our website, or engaging with us in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Zero Dent provides Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) services and related offerings. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion, including in cases where:

  • The damage is not suitable for PDR repair methods
  • The customer fails to provide necessary information or payment
  • Unsafe working conditions exist

2. Estimates & Pricing

  • Estimates are provided based on the visible damage and may change if additional damage is found during repair.
  • Pricing may vary depending on vehicle condition, complexity of repair, and customer location.
  • All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
  • Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if the notice period is not met.

4. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of the repair unless prior arrangements are made.
  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved insurance payments.
  • Late payments may result in additional fees.

5. Warranties & Limitations

  • We offer a limited warranty for our PDR services covering the repaired area against reappearance of the same dent, provided the panel has not been subjected to further damage.
  • Warranty does not cover damage from rust, paint deterioration, or unrelated incidents after repair.
  • We are not responsible for unrelated mechanical or electrical issues.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the vehicle and damage.
  • Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time.
  • Remove personal items from the repair area.

7. Liability

  • While we take every precaution, Zero Dent is not liable for pre-existing damage, unforeseen complications, or indirect losses.
  • Any claims must be made in writing within 7 days of service completion.

8. Website Use

  • Content on our website is for informational purposes only and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.
  • We are not responsible for third-party content linked from our site.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle your personal data.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
